Comment:  I believe that this sorority has some great girls in it, BUT their reputation is being dragged down by girls who don't respect themselves. The sorority is finally getting on track with cleaning up their reputation, but aren't able to keep the girls in line. Phi Sigs love each other very much, and will do anything for their sisters, but they shouldn't sometimes, because it tends to get them in trouble. Its a sorority that has done well in the past and is having a rough patch.
