Comment:  They impress the strange rushees with their new house and 'money' but it's all an illusion. Thousands in debt and lower middle tier at best. They will never be considered top-tier at AU. Rumors about ATO purchasing their house. ATO would be 100x better than Theta Chi with a house half that size. They have hype at the moment, but they aren't going anywhere. Easy pledgeship though.
