Comment:  They have a beautiful house on Wigwam, right by the TAU house and PIKE house. They won greek week last semester, did a great job. Pretty average as far as everything goes, nobody in formal fall rush really joins Phi Sigs, they mainly just get spring girls who were too afraid or weren't able to rush in the fall or didn't get a bid to the first choice. Most of them wanted to be Taus or DZ's...
