Comment:  Oh Alpha Xi. It's incredible how you USED to be top tier, but have gone on a downward spiral ever since you started allowing these hot mess chongas into your chapter, who then recruited more chongas, ultimately allowing your entire chapter to become full of hot messes. Their last good pledge class was probably in 2009, except for a couple of people like Sippin and Cancio who do work hard. Stop trying to act like your sisterhood is the strongest and focus on actually being sisters for once.
