Comment:  Sigma Phi Epsilon is probably the most well rounded fraternity in terms of cool AND smart guys, and quickly catching up to competition. They don't party quite as hard as other fraternities do, because most of them are smarter than your typical frat bro, proven by their chapter GPA. That said, they are still down to party and have fun as a reward for hard work. If you're looking for something different with strong brotherhood, here it is. Going to take off once their house is finished in 2014.
