Comment:  I absolutely LOVE the Phi Kapps! They are super fun to hang out with, whether it be a chill get together or a massive rave, and are very generous when it comes to helping others out, (buying girls drinks, etc.). They enjoy each other, which is exactly what a frat should do, and know how to throw down! For sure my favorite frat.
