Comment:  Of the top 3 fraternities, Phi Delt will be the first to lose their hold if something else goes wrong. They party hard and over all have a good brotherhood. However, they tend to get in trouble a lot with the University, which has hurt them a lot in the past. They can't mess up too much more before they face worse sanctions.
