Comment:  This house is sort of like tekes their a mix bag. some guys a gentlemen while others are complete dbags im looking at you PC12! in my opinion their more like upper middle and improving, but no way are they top house. phidelts, delts, OX, and ATOs easily beat you in that. good house overall though.
