Comment:  Theta Chi has a bunch of skater bros who obsess themselves with becoming frat stars Friends in sororities think they're ass holes or chill...few between. The thing with them is they have nearly zero presence socially or on campus except a sticker or two with their letters on it. I guess they just attract a certain kind of person. This fraternity is just, to be honest, average. Lower middle tier but can get better if continuing like this. The thing is they don't have a huge name at app.
