Comment:  Been to a good amount of their parties, usually are pretty lame and not a whole lot of fun. Only have about one good party a year. Cute guys that are somewhat involved on campus but all around not a good time with them. Most of them are really rude and disrespectful but there is a handful of good guys. Better houses out there.
