Comment:  Listen, overall this house is really making a name for themselves. They are moving up, I mean they have a strong brotherhood and they are now joining south Greek! Words of advice: don't be afraid to take risks, respect your brothers (your brotherhood does set you apart from other houses) especially if they have new and creative ideas! don't be so quick to shut down ideas! If you want to be like other houses then make improvements to do so and listen to your members but do not lose originality!
