Comment:  Cheese and rice!!! I really hope pi kappa phi doesn't believe that self ranking saying they are top three will help them recruit cooler guys this year??? Anyone with a brain knows that "top tier" is kappa sig and ka. Once sae is considered a real fraternity again they'll be back up there with them. But pi kappa phi? REALLY? I'm in a "top tier" sorority and I really can't tell the difference between y'all and pike... Bunch of try hards trying to make themselves look good before rush. Average
