Comment:  Like Alpha Phi, their looks aren't all there anymore. However, they are involved on campus, consistently have good grades, and are still seen as one of the top sororities on campus. They have the chance to pull in some great girls at Recruitment, but I'm guessing that they might pull what they did last year and get some mediocre pledge class, which will definitely bring them down in rankings and popularity.
