Comment:  "not try hard"? they are literally the most tryhard fraternity on campus. "good grades"? dude go look online, their grades are VERY mediocre. "best fraternity on new row"? The only fraternity they are better than on new row (arguably) is Delta Chi. Some would even say better to go to Delta Chi and not care than go to a bottom tier fraternity that thinks they are top tier. Also idk what you are talking about but their house is terrible.
