Comment:  I LOVE PHI DELT! The guys are awesome and even though they have a "dry" chapter house, they still throw crazy parties at their senior and pregame houses!! I can't wait to mix with these guys in the fall! Definitely some of the coolest guys to hang out with on campus ;)
