Comment:  They're never going to be "top-tier" at W&L, but overall, this is probably one of the most well-rounded Greek houses on campus. They all seem to do tons of community service and are all really involved in the leadership of student organizations too. Up to 5 years ago, Pi Phi was just the sorority where all of the really weird girls went to, but they started being more selective and cutting. They do have some quiet girls that you never see/know exist, but not the majority anymore.
