Comment:  From what I understand, a plan is in the works for them to take over the Phi Delt house once Phi Delt takes the Phi Mu house (Phi Mu is building a new house). It is hard to meet them without a house, but they do have some quality recruits and are pushing to better the fraternity. They even won the chi o limelight this past year. I wish them the best.
