Comment:  Need to improve their respect for academics. Tri Delts are not my strongest students. I can tell the students who have studied together and the ones that have not. If they desegrated themselves and studied with each other, then these ladies would benefit. I know that many of the Tri Delta women work off campus, as I frequently see them when I am out and about. They would benefit from having more presence on campus.
