Comment:  Sick of A-Phi. Clearly fudged numbers to win Chapter of Excellence. That's okay though. People are learning how annoying they are. Since winning CoE they have dropped drastically. Need to learn to be a little more classy, and nice to the entire community, not just their chapter.
