Comment:  Most comments below sum it up, their house needs a lot of work. They're not the most attractive guys, that's for sure but I will admit they are fairly respectable. The parties are nice but we all know sig chi throws the biggest parties not "pikapp".Definitely nowhere near a top house, like self ranking pikapps claim, but may get there eventually
