Comment:  Pi Kapp has a few solid guys, but the fraternity is certainly top-heavy. They spend more time sucking up to administration than they do having a good time. Too diverse to be able to share real brotherhood throughout the chapter. Nice guys but not al that cool. Well-liked by independents, take that how you want.
