Comment:  beta moving to its new house will completely destroy its past fun parties such as the usual playboy party. with the new house it will now be a bottom tier as kappa sig is. a great mix of guys within the house but there seems to be cliques within the fraternity which leads to a poor brotherhood. not involved in ifc which explains alot
