Comment:  Phi Sig has the most potential of any of the other frats. They started from scratch 2 years ago and already are hosting some great registered's and have had quite a few handsome boys in their pledge classes ...Middle tier on the ladder but from hanging with them on a regular basis I admit they seem to know what they're doing and where they are going.
