Comment:  These ratings sound awfully biased. Don't get me wrong here, I like most of the Delta Chis I've met. Super friendly guys. But giving them 5 stars and calling them top tier? Come on now. They may be friendly, but they're the laughing stock of Greek Row. They're nerdy, dress like GDIs, hardly ever involved, and the only girls over there are the brothers' girlfriends. I like these guys, but they're not top tier.
