Comment:  I am so confused when it comes to Chi-O. They are a VERY strong house nationally and its really odd that this chapter isn't involved at all/ isn't very good. My roommate is a chi o and she is yet to do one philanthropic event, community service hour... or anything for that matter. But they do have some very nice, classy girls. They aren't really seen on the social seem which could be good because that means they aren't wearing their letters at parties or bad because they aren't being social
