Comment:  dont you do what has been suggested several times and check out what other SEC Chi O chapters are doing. As people keep posting. It is their choice and so far it gas nit hurt them one bit other than DG bring a little larger now. Have you seen their pledge class? They are amazing!! They are still tops in grades, leadership and class.
