Comment:  I personally like the GPhi's I know, but the all 5's makes the whole group look silly. Are they getting better? Definitely. Their newer girls are better looking and more fun. Are they a mid-tier chapter? Not yet, but they are gradually moving up. Probably will be recruiting the same girls as DG, GPhi, Theta, DZ and (maybe) APhi.
