Comment:  As when you read the other comments these guys are new. A year ago, or even a semester, I would of given them a lower rating. I was shocked to see how much these guys developed over the coarse of the year. They went from a small group of unnoticeable guys to a functioning, well liked fraternity. It will not take too much longer before they are competing for top house. I actually like the fact that they are not stereotypes, for some reason I think it makes the sororities love them all the more.
