Comment:  too high on this website. if you are looking for a small fraternity this is probably the place to go because they have a good house location and pretty good brothers. like the guy said "rising" is kind of a crappy word to use. Fraternities can go from top tier to middle and middle to top in i'd say 2 pledge classes. could they be top 5 in 2 years. sure, but so could many fraternities but they certainly aren't there yet.
