Comment:  Nice house. Thats the only good thing there is to say for them. Falling rapidly but have not completely fallen off yet. Very weak brotherhood. Their parties fall short of KA and ATO. Would not rush if you want a top tier fraternity, they aren't going to be any good at all after their upperclassmen graduate.
