Comment:  ITS CRAZY HOW PHI DELT IS SO HIGHLY RATED AND THEY ARENT EVEN ON CAMPUS!!! THESE GUYS WERE TOP BY FAR!!!! NOONE CAN COMPETE WITH PHI DELT! KA, ATO, and DTD pi kapp and kappa sig cant get close to phi delt. I really wish they were back.
