Comment:  Let's be real here about Theta Chi. These are all self ranks, Theta Chi has lame parties, they brothers are not attractive, and they're not an impressive house on campus. If you talk about the top 15 fraternities on campus their name most of the time isn't even mentioned. Sorry, bottom tier house, and they don't deserve the ranking they have now.
