Comment:  Delta Chi has been on a downward spiral for years now. Two years ago, they were one of the best. Now they have less active members, little to no popularity, and Red Death was a bust last year. The only things keeping them alive are Cargal and their house on the row. President Meehan is from the same fraternity and hardly ever helps them.
