Comment:  Phi Psi is considered top tier but they're like the ghetto rat that got lucky with the lottery and won Pike's house - their top tier status isn't deserved. Originally an average fraternity. One of the better Phi Psi Chapters. Recently, finally made it to top tier (barely) after better and older chapters GW got in trouble. BUT they'll never be able to reach the status of other top fraternities like Pike and Sigep once those two fully recover. Phi Psi=Jay Gatsby.
