Comment:  Theta Chi looks great from the outside. They have excellent grades and sports. They are always involved on campus. However, once you are inside you realize they are not all they are cracked up to be. Brotherhood is lacking and people rarely show up to their brotherhood events. They also like to talk about each other behind each others backs. Their social life is lacking as well. The chapter is split in two, between members of CRU and partiers, which causes many problems within the chapter.
