Comment:  Pretty average group, they aren't really good or really bad at anything(unless you count their house). They could be a lot better if they didn't live in a glorified crack house. They're limited by their house with parties(see how their spring party got shut down). I wouldn't go here until they get a new house back on new row. They're ok though
