Comment:  Probation has hurt them, even some of their brothers that are older will tell you that it wouldn't be worth joining them right now. After they get off probation they've got the resources, house, alum support, and everything else to be the top house. Being close to the bars is cool too. Don't think they've hosted a party in over 2 years, they pretty much press their own luck letting rushees drink at their house even when they aren't supposed to.
