Comment:  Yes this house is middle tier, but the girls are awesome. They're fun, and now they're ranked 3rd on campus for grades. They have girls who joined a sorority to be part of a sisterhood, not an excuse to party every weekend. After my first year at U of A, I would say that ADPi, Chi O, and Pi Phi have some of the most fun and genuine girls, who also take their studies seriously.
