Comment:  whoever rated them as top tier is definitely mistaken and no tri-delt would even think that about themselves hopefully. BUT that being said i think they could move their way into middle tier if they do really well this recruitment and next recruitment. They're good at getting desirable girls but they have a problem keeping them. they should really work on that.
