Comment:  I just rushed these guys this summer as they had me up. I didn't take a bid to Delt because I was a triple legacy elsewhere. These guys were incredibly honest with me about their position in greek life: Middle tier, working hard to gain continue to improve their reputation, and get a strong pledge class to put the fraternity at just under 100 guys. The house was a really incredible house although a little further away. These guys impressed me during rush and I can definitely see their values
