Comment:  actually, they've been on campus for two years with 2013-2014 being their third. they may not be the best but they've been improving every year like any normal new chapter would be doing as being said that phi mu's still relatively new and they're still building their chapter. i really don't get why everyone hates on phi mu so much, give them a break
