Comment:  As a rushee I believe that this is a great fraternity. They have not been fake to me, nor have they pretended to be a top tier fraternity. Yes, their reputation sucks, but how if people would act civilized and form an opinion off of simply first hand experience, then I believe the true reputation of delts would be known. The house is awesome, and the location is better than any other. There are no way for police to get called. Sure, there are a few awkward people, but thats everywhere.
