Comment:  non biased opinion. Theta is not in a tier but is rather in a weird limbo between top and middle material. They are improving every year and it is a very real possibility that they could break into top which is why girls who bash are in lower top sororities and are threatened/don't like the idea of this. just something I've noticed.
