Comment:  They have already signed contracts and will be moving into the new house in August! In my opinion they are the classiest fraternity on campus, they may not have all swoll or attractive guys but at the very least they are all well dressed. They also have the most white guys and the most wealthy guys. And they are able to throw high budget parties in their mansion because of all their money. We did fiesta with them last year and all I can say is that I loved it, and I loved them!
