Comment:  Phi Sigma Kappa will be one of the top two or three fraternities on campus within a year or two. They just need to have a very successful pledge class this fall like they had in 2012. They know how to be respectful and polite. I don't hangout with them as often as I should be I never hear anyone complain about them. If someone does complain about them its because they don't fully know them.
