Comment:  Theta Chi didn't do what Beta did. They're just trying to. You're implying that they are now on the level that Beta is which just isn't true. Theta Chi's house has helped tremendously, but they're just not a top 5 house yet. Ill agree they're probably going to get better just because they take a lot of guys but that creates other problems too.
