Comment:  As nice as they are, they are nowhere near top or even middle tier. They may have won Dean's Cup but winning that award does not make a sorority more desirable among fraternities.Therefore, it's irrelevant to popularity. Here's the thing about pref day this year, all of the girls who had been rejected by the other sororities were left to choose between Phi Mu and AOPi. Obviously, 99% of those girls chose AOPi, allowing AOPi to give out more bids and have the largest 2012 pledge class.
