Comment:  Honestly, the house is horrible, and most of the brothers know it. I have been to 2 or 3 parties here, and none of them were more than a glorified pregame. They also are what I would think a California part would be. Laser lights, smoke machines, dubstep, blacklights etc. I'm sure these guys have fun with each other, but I feel that the people who end up in this fraternity are a certain niche that could have just as easily been a GDI.
