Comment:  A sorority should be classified as "top" based on merit, outreach, and the quality of experience in the sisterhood. I keep seeing Pi Phi used in manners on other pages as a way for other sorority members to feel better about themselves. The deal is - all of the Pi Phi sisters I know support one another, avoid drama when at all possible, and care about their ability to positively affect others. Other sororities rank high on Popularity and Hotness. Pi phi ranks high on sisterhood etc. Simple.
