Comment:  Sadly Phi Psi continued their slide into the middle tier overall this year. They lost a lot of bids to Delt and Sig Chi and are not the same house they used to be especially with this pledge class. The pledge class has the lowest GPA and on the decline academically. Only time will tell if they are socially a top house, but they're getting a bad rep and more girls are scared to go over there. They can be saved by a good upcoming pledge class, but it's not looking bright.
